Taylor Swift has already taken on a huge role with the Kansas City Chiefs, according to Patrick Mahomes.
Swift has been dating Travis Kelce for about a year now. Their relationship became apparent after she attended her first Chiefs game against the Chicago Bears last September.
The singer has since become a team staple, and Mahomes would have you believe that she’s been drawing up plays heading into her second season with Chiefs Kingdom.
The quarterback spoke to Chris Simms in a recent interview in which he lauded Swift’s legitimate interest in football, claiming the team might use one of her plays as she’s already come up with several of them.
“Meeting Taylor, realizing how genuine and cool she is… that’s been special to me, because like you said [she’s] the most famous person in the world,” he said.
“She’s really interested in football, she asks a lot of great questions. She’s already drawing up plays so we might have to put one in.”

Mahomes also discussed Taylor’s influence and the female interest she has generated for KC since starting a relationship with Kelce.
“I think it’s been cool to see the girls and the women that have really embraced watching football,” he added.
“I know being a girl dad how cool it is for me… to see these little girls, these daughters and how much they’re loving spending time with their dad watching football.”
Patrick Mahomes hasn’t shied away from expressing his appreciation for Taylor Swift. He joined Travis Kelce on a trip to Amsterdam, where she was performing, earlier in the offseason.
“She’s top-tier at her profession, and to see how she drives and she becomes that — Dude, it’s really cool to hear about and to see, and now I have a first-hand look at that through Brittany and Travis’ eyes,” he said back in December.
Chiefs Kingdom will look forward to having the pop star back at the Arrowhead Stadium this coming season as she’s expected to attend multiple games.
