Given that their kids, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and pop megastar Taylor Swift, have emerged as one of the most popular couples on the planet today, it only follows that Donna Kelce and Andrea Swift have gained a certain level of fame as well.
Despite being one of the most recognizable celebrity moms in the scene, however, there are still times when certain fans get confused. In fact, there was one specific occasion when a random supporter mistook Donna for Andrea — an incident that blew up on the mean streets of X (formerly Twitter).
So much so, that the said fan who goes by the name “slim” had to apologize for their misstep.

It all started when slim responded to a post by “Star Wars” actor Mark Hamill praising Donna Swift. In their response, slim tagged Donna Kelce instead of Andrea Swift, which drew the ire of a handful of critical users on X.
Donna herself caught wind of the viral post (it has 87,000 views as of writing), and responded with a three-word message for slim.
“Love you too!!” she wrote.

While some folks may have been offended by being confused with someone else, Donna Kelce decided to respond with affection.
This prompted an apology from slim, who was clearly embarrassed by their actions.
“Mrs Kelce I’m sorry I got you in the middle of this twisted narrative,” slim wrote. “I actually did make a mistake and said so right away but …. Twitter did what twitter does. I appreciate this gracious post and btw I love you too. Best mom living her best life.”

This incident also speaks volumes about the type of person Donna Kelce is. She’s got nothing but love for the fans and clearly does not mind the occasional case of mistaken identity.
