VIDEO: 49ers DE Nick Bosa Breaks Silence On Donald Trump Defeating Kamala Harris In The 2024 U.S. Presidential Election

San Francisco 49ers star and vocal Donald Trump supporter Nick Bosa has broken his silence on the Republican nominee winning the 2024 United States presidential election.

After the 49ers defeated the Dallas Cowboys on “Sunday Night Football” in Week 8, Nick Bosa made headlines by crashing Brock Purdy’s post-game interview and displaying a Trump “Make America Great Again” hat:

Bosa declined to comment further on the matter last week, but he broke his silence on Trump winning the election while speaking to reporters today, per Grant Cohn of Sports Illustrated.

“I don’t think my position on speaking about it is going to change. Clearly, the nation spoke and we got what we got.”

The polls were neck-and-beck between Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris, but the 45th president soundly defeated her to win a second term in office. Trump joins Grover Cleveland in the exclusive club of presidents to win two non-consecutive terms in the White House.

Nick Bosa’s 49ers come out of their bye week with a 4-4 record, looking to keep their postseason hopes intact with a road game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday afternoon.

Nick Bosa & 49ers Need A Strong Second-Half Push

The 49ers went 13-4 in 2022 and 12-5 last season, but they’re already in danger of exceeding their loss total in both those years. At 4-4, it’s becoming now or never time for Kyle Shanahan and the reigning NFC champions.

The Green Bay Packers occupy the final NFC wild-card spot with a 6-3 record. So realistically speaking, the 49ers probably need to finish 11-6 or 10-7 to get into the postseason for a fourth straight year.
