Why are Super Bowl tickets so expensive?

Mike Nowakowski, the co-owner of Ticket King in Minneapolis, said the location, viewer demand, and even the featured teams are the driving factors behind Super Bowl ticket prices. For example, last season, Super Bowl LVIII took place in Las Vegas, which is known for its party culture, casinos and entertainment.

In that case, NFL fans willing to dive into the Vegas experience during Super Bowl week were pushing the cost of tickets higher.

Secondly, as per CBS News, corporate buyers, who grab the best seats in the house with hospitality packages and VIP perks, also drive up prices. It automatically squeezes out affordable options for average fans.
