The South Carolina women’s basketball team is in Las Vegas for their season opener on Monday, November 4th against Michigan.
But ahead of the start of their new season, the Gamecocks are taking in the sights in Las Vegas.
South Carolina head coach Dawn Staley spent her Saturday night seeing music superstar Adele in concert.
Adele is in the final leg of her Las Vegas residency at Caesar’s Palace and Staley took in the show as Adele sang her iconic hits.
During her song ‘When We Were Young,’ Adele walked around the venue and took selfies with Dawn Staley.
Staley saying in her post, “Show 94 was amazing! You are amazing! You are fun loving! You made us all feel you!”
The South Carolina women’s basketball team is starting the season ranked No. 1 once again and are the defending national champions.
