KaVontae Turpin Deletes Angry Tweet That Further Shows How Chaotic The Dallas Cowboys Season Has Become

The Dallas Cowboys’ nightmare of a season continued Sunday with a 27-21 loss to Kirk Cousins and the Atlanta Falcons.

Kirk Cousins threw three touchdown passes, and the Cowboys lost quarterback Dak Prescott to a hamstring injury. Not to mention, it appeared star wideout CeeDee Lamb was also dealing with shoulder problems late in the game.

Things are beginning to snowball at the halfway point of the regular season, and KaVontae Turpin is not making things any better.

Shortly after losing the game to the Falcons, he took to his X account and warned everybody, including reporters, to keep his name out of their mouths.

He would quickly delete the tweet.

Turpin caught one of four targets for 16 yards and added one carry for 11 yards in last Sunday’s 30-24 loss to the 49ers.

This week, he caught three of his four targets for 36 yards.

Turpin has struggled to consistently impact the Dallas passing attack, finishing with less than 50 receiving yards in four of the Cowboys’ last five games.

Things do not get any easier as the Cowboys will host the rival Eagles next Sunday.

The Dallas Cowboys Aren’t Even Looking Like A Playoff Team

For the first time since 2020, the Dallas Cowboys are on a three-game losing streak.

The Dallas Cowboys dropped to 3-5 on the year and remain in third place in the NFC East.

The Cowboys were Super Bowl contenders the past few years. Now, they don’t even look like a playoff team.

This is the longest losing streak for Dallas since a four-game skid during the 2020 season.

They have already matched their loss total from each of the past three seasons.
