Taylor Swift Chooses To Watch Football Over Showing Up To Presidential Rally
After wrapping the US leg of her Eras Tour, Taylor Swift is supporting boyfriend Travis Kelce at the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers game on Monday night.
Swift chose football over Kamala Harris’s pre-Election Day rally in Pennsylvania.
Swift was rumored to be with Harris at her rally in Pennsylvania on the night before Election Day, but videos showed that she decided to watch some football instead.
Taylor Swift publicly endorsed Harris in September through a social media post after Donald Trump and Harris’ presidential debate.
“I’ve done my research, and I’ve made my choice,” she captioned her post. “Your research is all yours to do, and the choice is yours to make. I also want to say, especially to first-time voters: Remember that in order to vote, you have to be registered! I also find it’s much easier to vote early. I’ll link where to register and find early voting dates and info in my story.”
Swift said her belief was Harris “fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them.”
