VIDEO: Cameras Caught Auburn Tigers Cheerleader Laying Out Oklahoma Sooners Player

The Auburn Tigers and Oklahoma Sooners met on Saturday in a highly anticipated SEC matchup. The game ended in a 21-27 loss for Auburn, but one Oklahoma player who most likely went home very embarrassed.

While Oklahoma took the field before the game, an Auburn cheerleader was seen doing flips right into the crowd of players. He had nearly gone through without trouble until he crashed into someone and sent them flying.

The situation was so bizarre that it caused both jokes and confusion about how anyone let it happen.

“Why…why are the auburn cheerleaders flipping when the OU players are running out? Like just seems like pure stupidity on auburns part,” said one comment.

“Unsportsmanlike conduct. 15-yard penalty on the kickoff. That is the cheerleader’s 1st unsportsmanlike conduct of the game,” another joked.

“@SEC, where the cheerleaders hit harder than the other conferences’ football players,” joked a third.

“What was this cheerleader thinking? Seems like team entrances would be a bad time to try that,” a fourth added.

Auburn Cheerleader Didn’t Have Much To Cheer About

Auburn’s season has been devastating so far. The Tigers started in years 2-3 with losses in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Cal.

The schedule doesn’t get much easier from here, as they are still set to take on Georgie, Missouri, Texas A&M, and Alabama.

If things don’t change quickly, Auburn could have one of its worst records since 2012, when they finished 3-9.
