VIDEO: NFL Fans Are Weezing Over The Bizarre Recereations Of Bill Belichick & Robert Kraft In Aaron Hernandez’s Documentary

Clip of The Aaron Hernandez Documentary

Bill Belichick and Robert Kraft are two of the most well-known personalities in the NFL. The two are synonymous with each other due to the New England Patriots 2000s and 2010’s dynasty and the Tom Brady era.

One of the less talked about things that the two did during their 20-plus years together with the team was their selection of Florida tight end Aaron Hernandez in the fourth round of the 2010 NFL Draft.

The selection had the potential to be quite possibly one of the best draft steals ever; however, unfortunately, due to Hernandez’s off-the-field legal troubles, including committing a murder, he was sentenced to life in prison, where he took his own life.

While the headlines were extremely sad, they were true. Netflix recently decided to film a documentary, which was recently released, and NFL fans aren’t super impressed with the depictions of Bill Belichick and Robert Kraft.

NFL Fans Are Roasting The Aaron Hernandez Documentary’s Depictions Of Bill Belichick And Robert Kraft

Fans quickly pointed out all the series’ flaws, including Norbert Leo Butz’s portrayal of Bill Belichick. One fan pointed out that the actor looked as though he was playing a version of the former bench boss on SNL.

Another fan roasted the crew, claiming that whoever cast the show did a terrible job, and they weren’t too nice to the actors involved either, commenting, “Sorry guys, this is absolute crap casting and performance.”

One fan even looked at the documentary from a film industry point of view, stating, “God damn. As someone that works in the film industry, I would be embarrassed to have worked on this. Looks like parody.”

While the documentary may not be perfect, all fans are entitled to their own opinion, and most fans seem to think it’s not very good. However, if there is anything we know about the league’s fans, any NFL content is worth the watch.
